Tips for Healthy Standing Desk Use

Alternate Sitting & Standing

Aim for a 1:1 or 2:1 ratio. For every 30-60 minutes you stand, try to sit for 30 minutes.

Use an Anti-Fatigue Mat

A good mat encourages small movements and reduces strain on your feet, legs, and back.

Wear Supportive Footwear

Avoid high heels or shoes without proper arch support. Comfortable, supportive shoes are key.

Stretch Regularly

Perform simple stretches for your neck, shoulders, back, and legs throughout the day to prevent stiffness.
