Position your keyboard 2 inches from the edge of your desk with a neutral (0°) angle. This allows your wrists to remain straight while typing, reducing strain.
Mouse Positioning
Place your mouse 4 inches from the edge of your desk and within easy reach of your keyboard. Keep your mouse at the same height as your keyboard to maintain proper arm alignment.
Desk Height
For your height (5'8"), the optimal desk height is approximately 28 inches. This allows your elbows to maintain a 90-degree angle while typing.
