How to Perform the Test
- Stand facing a wall, shoeless.
- Place your foot flat on the floor with your big toe touching the wall.
- Lunge forward, trying to touch your knee to the wall without your heel lifting off the ground.
- If you can touch the wall, move your foot back slightly and repeat.
- Continue moving back until you find the maximum distance where you can still touch your knee to the wall with your heel down.
- Measure the distance from your big toe to the wall in centimeters.
- Repeat for the other foot.
