This test measures hamstring and lower back flexibility. Sit on the floor with legs extended. The score is how many centimeters you can reach past your toes (positive value) or fall short (negative value).
Also known as the "zipper test." Reach one hand over your shoulder and the other up your back. Measure the distance between your fingertips. A positive value is an overlap, a negative value is a gap.
This test measures back extensor flexibility. Lie face down and lift your upper body off the floor. Measure the distance from the floor to your chin.
